My shipping is done mainly through USPS but occasionally FEDEX or UPS. I package all my items with time and care to ensure you receive your package safely.
Once an order is shipped and has been scanned by USPS, it is out of my control. There are occasions when USPS takes longer or an item gets delayed in their system and it will arrive. Normal shipping times are First Class mail (normally 2-5 days) and Priority mail (2-3 days). Sometimes First Class mail can take up to 9 days. If you order a smaller item...necklace, charm, cork, nightlight etc...you can purchase a priority upgrade to have it mailed Priority mail. Otherwise all smaller items ship First Class. Please contact me after the 9 days if your item hasn't arrived in this time frame. Most Signs and heavier items always ship Priority mail. Marquees will ship Priority or Parcel depending on shipping location and price.
At this time, I am only shipping in the US and Canada. Occasionally I will ship to other countries, so please convo me for a quote.
If shipping to an FPO or APO address, please convo me first so I can create a custom listing with actual shipping costs. These address are different than shipping priority mail... I do not ship unless you have contacted me first.

PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL THE INFORMATION YOU PUT INTO ETSY IS CORRECT! If you put an incorrect zip code, address or you select an old address in your etsy account, it is not my responsibility to replace or issue a refund for this. I have been very accommodating and simply cannot afford to do this. I print my shipping labels directly out of etsy, so the information you put is the only information I use.
SHIPPING DELAYS: Sometimes there are delays in USPS. When this happens it is out of my control. I don't consider an item lost until 25 days have passed. After that time, please contact me for a refund or possible reshipment. Most small items ship First Class Mail so there is no insurance. If you would like, please contact me to upgrade your order to Priority shipping with insurance for a small additional fee.

or problems with your order. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase. If we agree to refund, we will refund the item total less the shipping charged incurred to ship the product less a 15% restocking fee unless the issue is something that happened on our end. Customer pays for return shipping for returns or exchanges.
Any type of Custom order is not refundable as well as clearance/sale items.

PRODUCTS: If you want to order multiple quantities or something, please email me for special pricing and I will make a custom listing for you. Do not purchase multiple items until you have contacted me. I can save you on shipping if you convo me first if you have a large order. If you purchase multiple single listings, I cannot refund overage since I pay more fees if you do it this way.
CUSTOM ITEMS: At this time we aren't cutting anything custom. Sometimes we can slightly change the size of an item for a small charge, so please contact me for this. Coupon codes do not apply to custom listings or any listing that we give you a discounted prices.
PRODUCT SIZE: All of my items list approximate sizes. If you would like actual sizing, please convo me before ordering. If you would like me to take a picture of it next to something so you get a better idea of sizing...a quarter or dollar bill or something....let me know. This is usually most helpful on signs and jewelry pieces.
MARQUEE SIGNS - Marquee signs are not refundable. If owner and seller agree, a store credit can be give when the marquee is returned. You must notify The Rustic Barn within 2 days of receiving sign for this to be considered. Otherwise, sales on marquees are considered final sale. Be sure to ask all questions regarding marquees before purchasing. I would be happy to explain why this policy is enforced for marquee signs.
JEWELRY: I have many more pieces of charms/pendants available that I cannot possibly list everything. If you are looking for something, convo me and see if I have it or can make it.
WHOLESALE: YES! for most items in our shop. CHANGE: Etsy no longer will be offering ETSY WHOLESALE after June 28, 2018. However I will still be offering wholesale, so please reach out to me for pricing and minimums and i can make you a custom listing for wholesale. Wholesale orders take 7 - 14 days to ship depending on the items.
RESELLING OUR ITEMS: If you purchase items from us for re-sale purposes, we ask that you do not resell them on etsy. You may change the look of the product (painting, adding jewels etc) and resell it, but cannot resell in the same fashion we sell the products. This is also in violation of etsy policy since we are the manufacturer. You may only sell them on your own business website for retail pricing. We discontinue selling to vendors who violate this policy. Please ask us if you have any questions regarding this.
