It comes with a glued on heart in turquoise, white or red. Accented with a matching swarovski crystal. Collar is real swarovski crystals. Comes on a 30" ball chain in copper. (can be trimmed to desired length.)
Crystals Available in Topaz(Gold) shown, also, Hot Pink, Light Blue, Dark Blue, Red, Light Green, Dark Green or Dark Purple (see photo #4)
